Chris Troyer came on board
after spending ten years in the call center industry. The first five
years were with Chase Bank acting as a Dialer Administrator in a
collections environment where his industry knowledge combined with
technical savvy proved invaluable to the day to day operations.
Chris spent another five years at HERO, a student loan consolidation company. His time there was a very fast pace one and quickly rose up the ranks as the company expanded. Originally administrating only two Avaya systems, he soon propelled himself as the Dialer Manager in charge of 13 completely independent predictive dialers capable of handling 1,200 seats and 7,290 outbound lines. At Singo, his main focus has been on the support and deployment of Legacy Systems very similar to the ones he built and maintained while at Chase and HERO. Mr. Troyer’s laid back style and hard work ethics proved invaluable as he was able to put his customers at ease while gaining their respect. Originally based out of the Phoenix Office, Chris is now in charge of all new deployments for nearshore operations. |
